News on the May 2020 Crop

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE MAY 2020 CROP

If you are attending this crop, please be sure to share this information with those attending with you.

As I am sure you are all experiencing, we are facing very strange and unprecedented times. Crops Plus has your safety and security as the number one priority. Given that Virginia is on a lockdown through June 10, that affects our May Crops Plus crop. We have once again determined the best thing we should do is postpone the crop to a later date to support the overall health and wellness of our community, including our families and the hotel staff.

The new date for the crop will be July 10-12, 2020. I understand that this could impact your schedules and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I would prefer not to cancel the date entirely because I know that this is an important chance for many of us to get away, socialize and relax. Hopefully by July, this time of uncertainty will pass and we can enjoy each other's company without cause for concern. I am sure many of us will need the break by then! If we would need to change the date a third time, I will, however, cancel the crop entirely and we will have the September crop as scheduled.

If you would like to attend the new crop date, you do not need to do anything. I will move all registrations to the new date unless directed otherwise.

If you can not attend the crop on the new date, I would appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible so I can make adjustments with the hotel and reach out to people on the May wait list.

To cancel, please send me an email to regi@ourcropsplus.com and let me know which of the below three possible options you would like:

You can transfer your registration and any corresponding payments to the September 18-20 or November 6-8 crop, whichever one would work best for you.
If you cannot attend the September or November crop, but plan on attending again in the future, I can keep any payments made as a credit on your account.
You can cancel your registration entirely and I can provide a full refund for any payments made. Please email me for options.

Again, please SEND AN EMAIL TO regi@ourcropsplus.com TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION. I will need to keep track of any changes there.

All hotel reservations for the May crop have already migrated to the corresponding July dates. If you are booked for the May crop and cannot attend in July, please contact the hotel directly at (703) 471-6700 to cancel the reservation. They will have it listed under the July dates, but the confirmation number is the same. Please let me know if you need to positively confirm your July booking or your confirmation number. You can email or text me rather than call the hotel as they provided me a copy of the booking list. If you need a NEW hotel booking for the July dates, the booking link here will be updated shortly.

Additionally, I am opening the September and November crop for registration TODAY, months early so that those interested in attending that date can reserve their spot now as more people will be moving their registration to those dates.
