We are in the Ballroom on the first floor of the hotel. Come in through the main doors and head straight down the hallway until you come to the end of the hallway and take a right. Registration will be inside the first set of doors on the right.

 

For 2024, the room rates will be 129.95/night +tax OR LESS as we have been able to negotiate some lower rates.

 

It is important to note that there are a limited number of hotel rooms available in the block, the block closes three weeks before each crop and the hotel does not guarantee they can extend it, so book early! There are also a limited number of rooms available the Thursday night before a crop in case you were interested in coming in early.​
