Cancellation Policy

 

Updated effective January 1st, 2026,:

We understand that unforeseen events sometimes occur that prevent you from attending an event for which you have paid.

 

Please note our policy in the event that you have to cancel your registration:

• Should you not be able to attend an event you may "sell" or "transfer" your spot to someone else. This transaction should be done with Crop Plus consent. Once you have found someone to take your spot you must provide us, in writing, the contact information for your replacement.

• Due to security issues, if a person is not on our registration list on the day of the event, they will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be granted.

• If there is a waiting list for an event, we will attempt to assist you in finding a replacement. If you cannot find a replacement and must cancel your reservation, you will be granted a refund based on the below timetables:

  • Cancellation 46+ days before event: Full Refund

  • Cancellation 30-45 days before event: Refund less a $50 cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 15-29 days before event: Refund less a $100 cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 1-14 days before event: No Refund

• There are no refunds for "No Shows." You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event.

• If you have not paid for your seat and cancel 1-14 days prior to the event or do not show up for the event, you will be responsible for 75% of your total payment due. This payment must be received before we can accept a registration for another event.

• No refunds will be issued due to perceived quality of a class or an event.

• No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts of God as we are still obligated to the hotel. If our venue is open, then the event will be held with no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

• If an event needs to be cancelled due to venue closure, no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
