The cost of a hotel room is not included in our crop fees but...

The hotel has provided us with a reduced room rate of $79 per night HOWEVER many attendees can find better pricing online and through various organizations such as AAA, Military, and dare I say...AARP!

Payment Policy

Spacing is limited and seating will be guaranteed on a "First Paid, First Seated" basis. Please follow the below guidelines when paying for your events. Registrations that are not paid within the guidelines will be cancelled unless Crops Plus has approved other arrangements in writing.

1-Day Events: Full payment is due within 1 week of registration.

Multi-Day Events: 50% of total due within 2 weeks of registration with the balance due 31 days before event.
