The only thing that you can keep you going all night is to remain well fed all day! Meals will be served in the Hotel Dining Room next to the Ballroom.

We provide for three day crops:

• all day simple beverage service
• Friday Dinner 6:00-7:30pm
• Friday Dessert Buffet & Coffee 9:00pm
• Saturday Morning Coffee Bar in Crop Room (NEW in 2012)
• Saturday Lunch 12:30-1:30
• Saturday Dinner 6:00-7:30pm
• Ice Cream Bar! 9:00pm
• Sunday Brunch 8am-11am

*times are subject to change but any changes will be noted in the posted schedules at each crop.

IMPORTANT: If you are following a special diet due to health issues, or if you have a physical limitation that will need to be addressed, now is the time to tell us. Please don't wait for the day of the event to announce you are lactose intolerant, diabetic, vegan, etc... We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
