Should I get a massage if I am not feeling well? 
Talk with the therapist.  Depending upon your symptoms, you may still be able to receive a massage.

Can I get a massage if I am pregnant? 
We welcome expectant mothers provided there are no complications with the pregnancy, and you are beyond the first trimester.

What should I wear? 
      We will be in a semi-private setting so please wear light, loose fitting clothing,
      preferably a t-shirt or camisole.  Please remove all jewelry.

What form of payment do you accept? 
    Hands-On Wellness accepts cash, check or MasterCard/Visa.
