Q: I only want to attend part of a crop, is that possible?

A: Currently, we cannot always offer this option, although we would like to. Please contact us directly, after registering, if this is something you are interested in doing and we will work with you on a case by case basis. The easiest way to do this is to partner up with a friend who can only make part of the day as well. This may change in the future.

Q: Where can I learn about the classes offered at your crops?

A: Our vendors have their very own Crops Plus blog! They post their class information, photos and prices there.

Q: I have dietary restriction or health issues. Can you arrange for special meals for me?

A: Absolutely! We are happy to do so. We only ask that you contact us at least a week before the event so we can make arrangements with the hotel.

Q: I tend to be really cold (or hot), can you please regulate the hotel air temperature?

A: Unfortunately, no. We are not allowed to adjust the hotel thermostats and the room temp varies too greatly for us to accommodate 70 womens' preferences. Please dress in layers in case you get too hot or too cold. We recommend a t-shirt under long sleeves and sweatshirt/sweater.

Q: Will you have music on during the crop?

A: You betcha! Music will be provided in the room. You are welcome to bring a personal music box (iPod, Radio, etc.) but please use earphones.

Q: I have an emergency and I have to cancel my crop attendance! Help!

A: We recognize that life happens! We will be flexible and work with you. Please see our cancellation policies for more info.

Q: How much table space will I get?

A: Your reserved table space - a full 6x3 table - has plenty of room and our "four to a table group" quad setup means no one has to sit in the middle - everyone has an end seat!

Q: Why 3pm Sunday end times?

A: Our contract with the hotel does not allow it. When we can. we try to negotiate for later times, but the hotel often has events that begin after our events end on Sundays.
