Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen events sometimes occur that prevent you from attending an event that you have paid for. Please note our policy in the event that you have to cancel your registration:
Should you not be able to attend our event you may "sell" or "transfer" your spot to someone else. This transaction should be done on your own, and you assume all responsibility for this. Once you have found someone to take your spot you must and provide us, in writing, the contact information for your replacement. Due to security issues, if a person is not on our registration list on the day of the event, they will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be granted.
If we have a "waiting list", we will attempt to assist you in finding a replacement. If you cannot find a replacement and must cancel your reservation, you will be granted a refund based on the below timetables.
1-Day Events
- 21-31 days prior to the event - Refund less a $10 cancellation fee
- 11-20 days prior to the event - Refund less a $15 cancellation fee
- 1-10 days prior to the event - No Refunds
Multi-Day Events
- 21-31 days prior to the event - Refund less a 10% cancellation fee
- 11-20 days prior to the event - Refund less a 15% cancellation fee
- 1-10 days prior to the event - No Refunds
There are no refunds for "No Shows." You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued due to perceived quality of a class or an event.
No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts of God. If an event needs to be cancelled due to an emergency situation, (extreme weather, major earth quake, Act of God) no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
