Event Pricing and Times
Spacing is limited and seating will be guaranteed on a "First Paid, First Seated" basis. Please follow the below guidelines when paying for your events. Registrations that are not paid within the guidelines will be cancelled unless Crops Plus has approved other arrangements in writing.
2-Day Events $180 Non-Member, $162 Member: 50% of total due within 10 days of registration with the balance due 31 days before event. Event begins at 9am Saturday and ends at 3pm Sunday.
3-Day Events $220 Non-Member, $198 Member: 50% of total due within 10 days of registration with the balance due 31 days before event. Event begins on Noon Friday and ends at 3pm Sunday
Giveaways
Every Attendee receives Thank You Gifts with a retail value of over $20. These gifts are products from the latest lines of scrapbooking, not last year's clearance leftovers.
Every Attendee receives a Door Prize Ticket for each day of the event as well as 1 Grand Prize Ticket.
Crops Plus Clubhouse Members receive double Door Prize Tickets and 2 Grand Prize Tickets as well as tickets for separate Member Only drawings held each day of the event.
The Layout Contest winner will also receive a gift from Crops Plus.
Table Space
Every Attendee will receive a full 6x3 table, cushy chair, trash can and access to an outlet (you provide your own extension cord and tape). Most table groupings allow each attendee to sit at an end seat, however, if you have a group of 5 or more, you may be placed in a traditional row grouping.
Music
The majority of attendees we surveyed want music at the events so we provide it as background during the day, with it getting progressively louder after dinner for those staying up until the wee hours of the morning.

Where/When
All 5 events in 2009 will be at the Holiday Inn Dulles Airport Hotel.
The cost of a hotel room is not included in our crop fees however, the hotel has provided us with a guaranteed room rate of $69 per night.
Vendors/Classes
Our Vendors are the Cream of the Crop!
They offer all attendees a free Make n Take and the opportunity to learn a new technique at one of their fee-based classes. Details on the Class Schedule will be available within 2 weeks of the event.
How about an indulgent massage?
Hands On Wellness will be on site with a magic table/chair to massage away your aches and pains. Take 15 or 30 minutes to refresh and renew!
