We've catered your meals so you don't have to leave the hotel for anything! View our Sample Menu to see what we have planned for you.
This event will be hosted at the Best Western Tyson's Westpark Hotel and begin at 9am Saturday and run through to Midnight.
The cost of a hotel room is not included in our crop fees however...The hotel has provided us with 20 rooms at a reduced room rate of $79 per night BUT KEEP IN MIND many attendees can find better pricing online and through various organizations such as AAA, Military, and dare I say...AARP!

The hotel offers 301 spacious, well-appointed guest rooms and suites each featuring cable satellite television and high-speed Internet access.
